During this 90 minute workshop, I’ll be guiding you through the following steps:
Step 1: Discover your True Self!
This foundational step includes powerful journaling and guided visualization exercises to help tease out what your core values are and help you embrace your True Self. Through this process, you will gain a greater understanding of yourself and your inner being before you identify your core values.
Step 2: Identify your core values
Learn the step-by-step exercise to identify your core values and gain insight into your soul’s purpose. Knowing your core values is essential for making aligned decisions and will eliminate any doubts or second-guessing. This step alone gives you the tools to live your life with authenticity and confidence.
Step 3: Align your life
Now that you know your core values, you will identify and explore the areas of your life that need attention. Through guided activities and reflection exercises, you'll gain insights into how to create balance and harmony with your soul’s purpose. You'll create a list of actions that will bring your everyday decisions into alignment with your core values. This will allow you to start living a life of alignment, purpose and intention.
